Returns and Claims Policy
Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:
- Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. To facilitate replacements and refunds, please provide unboxing videos and photographs of the defective product, including images of the original packaging.
- For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 7 days following the expected delivery date.
Return Eligibility:
- To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return, contact us at trendvault23@gmail.com.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Inspection of Orders:
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately to evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care products (beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions regarding a specific item, please reach out.
Exchanges:
- We review exchange and replacement requests for the following issues: faulty products such as a manufacturing defect, print errors related to quality, or incorrect images if it is determined to be our fault. Please note, exchanges for damaged products or size issues are not possible, as the details are clearly mentioned in the product listing.
- Size exchanges and general returns/exchanges are not covered by Trend Vault and will require a new order to be placed at the customer's expense.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
- If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
